Permitted Development:
The Welsh Assembly Government provide Technical Guidance (Published in April 2014) known as ‘Permitted Development for
Householders’.
Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 provides permitted development rights for householders to undertake certain minor, uncontentious improvements and alterations to their properties without the need to make a planning application. Planning:
Applying for planning can be a daunting experience if you have never done so before. There are a number of items that are now considered essential for any application here in Wales.
